I work as a customer marketer for our Walmart account where I partner with stakeholders across brand marketing, sales, leadership, finance, content creation, digital, Walmart marketing & media, and 3rd party vendors to prioritize and execute impactful marketing campaigns for L'Oréal.
Since joining the organization I have been a co-lead for our CPD (Consumer Packaged Division) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. We collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to develop and implement initiatives that support the broader organization.
Previously I was on our operations team as a category advisor for L'Oréal within customer supply chain, focused on supporting Walmart initiatives. My day-to-day consisted of managing relationships with the Walmart Beauty supply chain team, providing analytics and insight using Power BI.
I have experience in a wide variety of business intelligence tools listed below.
Previously, I worked on an advanced analytics team for Unilever within the category management function at our Rogers, AR sales office. My team of 5 was recognized by the organization, at a global level, as best in class for the creation of a tool that utilized vast amounts of data to create a cohesive, simple dashboard that highlighted opportunity to action. My specialty within the team was data analysis and visualization, with a strong focus on dashboard creation. I worked in a collaborative effort across multiple functions, including: sales, supply chain, and category management.
There I co-led our diversity & inclusion business resource group within the office. The goal was to not only engage and educate within the office, but participate and engage with the local community. Alongside that, I led the effort to make our office more sustainable.
I set up this site by taking a prefabricated website template, customizing it to my specifications and publishing it through GitHub. If you want to check out the repository, you can find me on GitHub at boombranco.
Technology is ever changing and exponentially evolving. Right now I am exploring different opportunities within midjourney and ChatGPT.
I am trying to keep up with my undergraduate degree by making clothes myself - from cutting patterns to sewing the garments.
Whether it is Entrepreneurship or Intrapreneurship, being able to build something from the ground up really sharpens skills you never thought you had. That is why I am proud to have been a Co-Founder of Markham & Fitz.
I implemented a recycling program for my previous office, and for the entire building complex where we leased. I personally purchase carbon offsets for yearly energy consumption.
I am a co-chair of a business resource group that focuses on creating a more diverse and inclusive workspace and community.
I am currently investing time by mentoring a couple full-time MBA students at the University of Arkansas.
I love experiencing new places and cultures. It is so refreshing to get out of your daily rythm and try new things and meet people that are different than you.
I have been playing soccer since I was in elementary school. It is just a fun sport that requires strategy, coordination, and teamwork.
My undergraduate degree was in Apparel Merchandising. There is so much creativity that can go into the simplest of garments. My clothing of choice: basics.
